"The heroes confront an abusive father, then return to the Quentin Carnival. Ghost Rider suddenly falls into a kind of coma. Steel Vengeance attacks Ghost Rider, Blaze, and the Carnival. She tells them she wants revenge for her sister, Steel Wind, and warns them that her master will make them suffer. Ghost Rider revives and tries to give her the Penance Stare. However, it doesn't work because she has no soul. They chase her away on their cycles, until she drives off a cliff."
