"Oliver Queen arrives on San Juan Island and meets Eddie Fyers. Both have been hired by opposing governments to retrieve a pod containing a radioactive biochemical agent. Fyers warns Oliver that looking for a cause to support on the mission will be a hindrance. The two of them start looking for the pod together, but Fyers lays a trap for Oliver that wounds his leg, slowing him down."
